Privacy Policy

Ninotaire — a falla workshop simulation

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains, plainly, what Ninotaire does and does not do with your information. Ninotaire is built to run entirely on your device. We do not operate any backend servers that store your personal data, and we do not sell or share data with third parties.

Data we do not collect

Ninotaire does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on any server. There are no user accounts, no sign-in, no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, and no tracking of any kind, on this app or across other apps or websites.

What stays on your device

Network use

Ninotaire makes one anonymous, unauthenticated request at launch to the free Open-Meteo weather service (api.open-meteo.com) to fetch the current wind for a fixed point over Valencia, which is used for the planta mini-game. This request carries no device identifier, no account information, and no location derived from your device — it always asks about the same fixed Valencia coordinates. The response is cached on your device so the app works offline afterwards. Open-Meteo's own privacy practices apply to that one request; see open-meteo.com for details.

Children's privacy

Ninotaire does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect personal information at all.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the new version will be published at this same address with an updated date above.
